A familiar name, Nancy Guthrie, is among one of the victims who's image is being abused in this way. Most of us has never really heard of her until that eventful day she got kidnapped. People have attributed the sensationalism to be something of White Woman Syndrome. To a careful observer, however, that is not nescessarily the case.
